Today at 10am we had a Cybersmart meeting with Phil.We were creating media.We had to make a postcard to someone convincing them to come to your selected location.My one was for my Grandma to come to New Zealand.You our Creating Media slide down below.

today we had a talk from Marlon from the ASB Get Wise Team.He talked to us about starting a business and what it meant.
Then we played a game called Shark money or something.In that game there were three steps.I forgot the first step.
The second step was Solve.In your business you had to solve a problem (eg, a cafe would solve the problem of thirst or a bank could solve the problem of not having anywhere to store your money ect).
The third step was Start.You had to start getting all your equipment (eg, a shop would need shelves,cash register ect).
Yesterday we were doing an ASB Get Wise Program via Zoom.The persons name was Marlon and he taught us about how to get wise with cash.
First we played a game.The aim of the game was to get as much points as you can.So, first you had to write down "Cash" vertically.Then you had to guess the steps of getting your cash goal.The steps were Clear,Action,Spend and Save and How Long.
Today Phil from Cybersmart talked to us via Google Meet.He talked about Evaluating Media.We used remove.bg and Google Draw to do this.Down Below I am in the Beehive Theatrette doing a 1pm Daily Covid Update.

In Room 21, we made a Unbored Menu.The Unbored Menu is a slide with stuff that you can do on Disconnected Friday (eg Baking or Puzzles).Check out some stuff below on the slide.
Today is the 2nd day of Alert Level 3 (Takeaway Level).Most people have at least ordered 1 thing by now.Still haven't got KFC yet.The queues are still very long.Bye
At last it is Alert Level 3 👍.But still no school (except for essential workers).I think it would be awkward coming to school because we have been away for 36 days.I am so happy because we get to order KFC!.People must be so happy getting KFC.Bye
Yesterday Jacinda Ardern said that Auckland was going into Alert Level 3 at the 4pm annoncement.
On Maori Language Week,Miss Corbett made a Flipgrid Topic called Mana Toku Maunga.We had to do a sign language version of Pepeha by Six60 and post it.I think she did the same with the teachers because they did the same thing.Then Miss Corbett made a video with all the videos in it.Here is the video below.

Today at our 9.00 Google Meet we did Puzzles.I did a 6 pieces puzzle because I am very bad at puzzles.Some people did a 99 piece puzzle (which for me will be VERY hard).This is my 6 piece puzzle.
On our 10.30 Google Meet, everyone was spamming lenny faces in the chat.If you dont know what a lenny face is than is is this ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).Miss Corbett just learnt it.Ok so did I.Then Miss Corbett created a doc and we all put our lenny faces on.There were differnent ones as well for example :

On Monday 30 August there was a big storm in Auckland.The Kumeu river flooded,the Sky Tower got struck a few times and the sky rocked.
Today we were learning about ratios and we had to do a Unifix Block task.We had to make a specific ratio (eg 1:3 2:5 1:1) on the Unifix Block website.Using the websites blocks,we made ratios and uploaded them to a doc.
In lockdown,one of our tasks were to choose one of the Oragami lessons and I chose a cat.Our options were Origami Dog - Easy Origami Cat - Easy Origami Fox Easy - Medium Pikachu - Easy Paper Planes Tying Knots - choose one.

This morning we had a game of Bingo on Google Meet.I'm sorry I don't have any photos.I also forgot who won.Miss Corbett says she won but she did not say otherwise we will feel bad (Yeah right).It did take sometime (especially when everyone started playing with the Raise Hand function and the Chat).
In Room 21,because we have lockdown we have Google Meets daily.There is a morning one from 9:00 am - 9:15 and one which is small groups for Numercy and Literacy group work from 10:30 - 11:30.There is also one more from 2:00 - 3:00 which is for Issues or Queries.
Today we did a Create a Character and I created this character.
